EU & US: Tax Included. Zero Extra to Pay.
For most of our global community, we’ve completely automated the tax process to greatly speed up international shipments. The price you see at checkout is the final price delivered to your door. However, do read the specifics below!
- EU Gamers (Orders <€150): We collect your local VAT at checkout. Your gear clears customs automatically. You pay nothing on delivery. This applies across the board to all EU customers.
- EU Gamers (Orders over €150 in Supported Countries): For major regions like Germany, France, Ireland, and the Netherlands, we prepay all duties and VAT even on items over €150. One payment, zero hassle. The following major EU regions are currently supported for tax inclusive pricing over €150:

- US Gamers: We calculate all import tariffs and surcharges upfront. Your package is fast-tracked through customs for immediate delivery by USPS or your local courier.
Everywhere Else: No More Surprise Bills
For regions where we are still unable to collect taxes on items over €150 – we won’t let you get blindsided.
Our new checkout tool estimates your local tax before you buy. If your order is subject to import fees, you’ll see a clear, yellow “Important Customs Notice” in your cart. This doesn’t include handling fees and specific duties, but these are usually small in comparison to the tax bill.
We’ll show you the exact percentage and the approximate amount you’ll owe the courier. You won’t be able to prepay it through us, but you’ll know exactly what the bill will be before you commit.
How to check if your order includes tax
We’ve made it impossible to miss whether you are paying tax on your order or not. Your tax status displays in real-time based on your address at checkout:
- If tax is a line item in your total: It’s prepaid. You are cleared for delivery with nothing extra to pay on arrival.
- If you see the yellow Warning Box: That is your estimated bill from the courier. We’ve done the math for you so you can budget accordingly, but you’ll be paying the tax on import.
